Delivery:
Knoxman South Africa delivers local South African orders through The Courier Guy. Standard delivery is R75 per order unless another delivery fee is shown at checkout. Standard delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Remote or outlying areas may take longer. Customers must provide a full name, email address, phone number, complete delivery address, city, and postal code. Tracking is shared after the parcel is booked with The Courier Guy.

Returns and refunds:
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original packaging or tags where applicable. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or incorrectly supplied. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and cannot exceed the original transaction amount. Customer-change-of-mind return courier costs may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation:
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed, dispatched, or handed to The Courier Guy. Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@knoxmansa.co.za with the order reference as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it must follow the return process after delivery. Knoxman may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, fraud is suspected, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

Payments:
Online payments are processed through Payfast hosted checkout. Knoxman South Africa does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card credentials on this website. The checkout shows product prices, delivery fee, total order amount, and ZAR currency before payment.

Privacy:
Knoxman South Africa collects customer information needed to process orders, arrange Courier Guy delivery, provide support, manage refunds and exchanges, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Knoxman does not sell customer personal information.
