• Name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, and postal code.
• Order details, product selections, sizes, colours, and delivery fee.
• Payment confirmation information from Payfast, but not full card details.
• Messages sent to Knoxman customer care.

How We Use Information

Customer information is used to process and confirm orders, arrange delivery with The Courier Guy, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Sharing Information

Knoxman does not sell customer personal information. Payfast processes payments and payment confirmations. The Courier Guy receives delivery details needed to deliver parcels. Information may be shared where required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Payment Security

Payments are handled through Payfast hosted checkout. Knoxman South Africa does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment card credentials on this website.

Customer Rights
